VOGHIERA
Next Sunday at 5:30 pm inside the Voghiera civic center, the inauguration of the exhibition entitled "Natural Chromatic Emotions" by Chiara Bignardi is scheduled. The artist, who resides in Voghiera, is presenting her first exhibition, in the presence of Mayor Claudio Fioresi and the Councillor for Culture Ottorino Bacilieri. The exhibition can be visited until July 20, 2011, and is part of the summer initiatives at Belriguardo.
During this initiative, several exhibitions will be hosted inside the splendid Belriguardo delight, always one of the most important venues at the provincial level. In the coming months, among other things, the Municipality of Voghiera is also expected to schedule new restoration works inside the rooms of the splendid Este delight.
Voghiera. "Poetry of Color" is the title of the new exhibition by Chiara Bignardi from Voghiera, organized in collaboration with the local Department of Culture, inaugurated on Saturday at the Voghiera Municipal Civic Center by Councillor Ottorino Bacilieri.
Bignardi has also recently published the poetry book "Ci vorrebbe il sole" ("We Would Need the Sun"), which also served as inspiration for what is depicted on her canvases that, in this exhibition, are accompanied by the related poems.
The exhibition also includes the "Project 21," as the artist calls it, which is inspired by 21 short poems, each starting with a different letter of our language, from which a small canvas was created with colors inspired by the words.
Bignardi's chromatic sensitivity, very strong, often pushes her towards bright and very warm tones, but there are also monochromatic abstract representations, according to the mood of the moment and what is inspired by the accompanying verses.
The exhibition will remain open until September 15, following the same hours as the Municipal Library.
