About his Art
Christoph, Felix Maier CFM Born: 14.12.1978, Stuttgart, Germany Grew up: In a small village named Beilstein embedded between vineyards, forests and robber baron castles. Graduated from Friedrich Schiller High school in 1998. Art & Mathematics. After completing national service in 2000, there followed a time of travel. Beginning of 2001 I was drawn to the sea and worked on different vessels. Summer 2001-2004: Technical and artistic education at the Stuttgart State Theaters. 2004-2013: state theater painter for the largest Ballet-Theater and Opera house in the world, „Die Staatstheater Stuttgart“. 2004-2013: Undertook various private painting commissions. Founded 55 Stages GmbH&Co.KG. A set/stage/exhibition and design company. Working with clients such as: Hugo Boss, Mercedes Benz, Expo 2008 german Pavillon, Bruno Banani, Feraud Paris and many more… Cooperation with various large advertising agencies, art directors and renowned stage designers. Private sales of my paintings 2013 until now: Working for Schauspielhaus Zürich in part time. Private assignments, shows and private sales of my artworks
