His Biography
Hello! My name is Luke and I live in the North West of England.
I have always loved drawing and painting from a very young age, having been brought up in a family where both my parents also enjoyed painting.
I particularly enjoyed drawing humorous characters for my friends when I was younger, and recently started taking cartoon illustration more seriously in an effort to write and illustrate a fantasy-humour book for kids.
I take a lot of inspiration for my style from animated shows, especially Adventure Time. I love the colourful aesthetic with ostensibly simple and clean line-work but which also features plenty of details if you look closer. World building is one of my passions, and I enjoy creating characters, creatures, locations and backstory for the book that I am trying to write.
I am self taught as I have multiple long term health problems and a type of Autism which unfortunately limit my energy levels and independence, but I love creating characters and artwork that make people smile or laugh!
