Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and based in the United Kingdom for many years, Maria has nurtured her passion for painting and moving images since her early teen years, sharing this journey with friends and colleagues who have supported and inspired her along the way, and getting to know many new art lovers.
The creative process of fine art, particularly painting, is not a static entity but a dynamic, ongoing part of her life, inviting her audience to see the vitality and dedication behind her practice as an artist, painter, and educator.
For her, one's narrative is not just a story but a powerful force that shapes our artistic journey as well. It writes itself, weaving through our experiences and choices, especially when it's relevant to the pursuit of a specific path in art and life.
