As a long time photographic artist, with many bodies of award winning work, my current work addresses global warming and the effects of climate change through a lens crafted images of desert and ocean landscapes effected by the burden of global warming. I lived in the Gila Wilderness of New Mexico for the last decade which was a virtual outdoor studio, this vast body of work was shot entirely on my iPhone incorporating new technology as camerawork. I am a long term lecturer in visual culture and photography with many bodies of work that have earned me several grants including the New Mexico Council on Photography, The Tucson Council on The arts, The International Women's Foundation Grant of Marfa, Texas.
